We are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated Personal Lines Executive for our Macroom branch. This is a fast-paced role dealing with clients through the phone and in person for car, home and van insurance.

Responsibilities

• – Advising clients on the best personal lines products to suit their needs.
  – Processing new business, mid-term alterations, and renewal requests.
  – Maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  – Assisting clients through the claims process.

The Ideal Candidate

• – Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  – Have experience in a similar role and hold or be progressing through your CIP.
  – Be highly organised, diligent, and thorough.
  – Be a good team player who is highly motivated and enthusiastic.
  – Be competent using databases, Microsoft Office, Word & Excel.
  – Enjoy learning.
  – Have customer service experience.
