Change to Scale of Fees and Charges – 01/02/2025

In accordance with Provision 6.18(a) of the Consumer Protection Code 2012 (CPC) we,  Charles McCarthy Insurances Ltd T/A McCarthy Insurance Group, hereby give 30 Days’  notice to a change in our minimum fee from €60 to €65 in respect of Private Motor,  Household, Other Personal Insurance products and small Commercial Motor (up to 3.5  Tonne GVW), effective from 01/02/2025. 

However, please note a minimum fee of €60 will continue to apply for the above product  classes where all correspondence is issued by McCarthy Insurance Group (MIG) via  electronic means only.  

The above change will be reflected in an updated MIG ‘Non-Life’ Terms of Business, for all  Renewal and New Business policies in the above product classes, effective from  01/02/2025.
