McCarthy Insurance Group is proud to announce its new Intercounty jersey sleeve sponsorship agreement with Cork GAA. It marks Cork GAA’s first jersey sleeve sponsorship. McCarthy Insurance Group’s logo will be placed proudly on all home and away jerseys for the 2025/26 seasons.
Founded in 1952, McCarthy Insurance Group recognises the vital role that sport plays in supporting communities. The jersey sleeve sponsorship marks a significant step in that partnership, demonstrating McCarthy Insurance Group’s ongoing commitment to sporting culture in communities across Ireland.
Speaking at this month’s Cork GAA County Meeting on Tuesday, Chairperson Pat Horgan said: “Cork GAA has community at the heart of everything we do, so we were thrilled last year to partner with McCarthy Insurance Group, a company that has been a long-standing community supporter in Cork.
“The success of the partnership has resulted in a further agreement and this year it’s extended to include our first-ever sleeve sponsor. The company’s logo will be clearly displayed on the sleeves of the 2025 senior, U20 and minor football and hurling home and away jerseys, which will be launched later this month.”

The new Cork GAA kit is set to be released on the 24th of October and will last for the next two years under the current two-year cycle.
